2025 Legislative Updates
- June, 2025: The legislation tasks the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) with studying the mold inspection and mold remediation workforce.
- May 18, 2025: Regulatory Review - Walk and Talks - PROPOSED Guidance Document
- May 16, 2025: This has been proposed for comment to the housing authority in Richmond. I believe DPOR meeting is Thursday. Agenda is not yet posted for this but we need to be up and vocal about this issue as is will have a drastic effect on our industry.
