The Virginia Housing Commission (VHC) is convening a working group to consider the implications of
mandatory E&O and restriction on home inspectors' ability to limit their liability contractually.
VAREI has appointed John Cranor to represent Home Inspectors.
The first meeting was Thursday, September 24, 2026.
