Clients need information they can understand and use to make informed decisions. The vehicle for delivering information is your report. An unprofessional report can render the most brilliant technical inspection useless, and can get you into a lot of trouble. Don’t let this happen to you. This session includes real‐world examples to show you how to write professional reports that your clients will love, and that will reduce your risk. Well informed clients mean more business and fewer problems.
