Mike has inspected over 10,000 homes since 1993 and retained an A rating throughout the 10 years he has been a member of the Better Business Bureau. The largest home he's inspected was 10,000 SF and the oldest home he's inspected was a Huguenot Estate Home in Cumberland, Virginia build in 1798. He is a Certified Member of ASHI (#205583) and a NAHI-Certified Real Estate Inspector (#200030). He is a graduate of the Exterior Design Institute as a Third Party EIFS Inspector (No longer actice) and a graduate of ITA as a Commercial Real Estate Inspector. He has hands-on experience in practically every building trade thanks to his 23 years of employment and management in the residential and commercial construction industry.
