I believe that a home is a living, breathing thing. Understanding the relationships between the structure, the systems and external influences is critical. 

From the new to the very old I inspect them all. I have 12 years in new home and renovation contracting experience and have performed 10,000 inspections. I feel this gives an excellent representation of my background and experience.

I am American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified #113472, State Certified #3380 000410. I am a past President of the Central Virginia ASHI Chapter and current President of the VA Association of Real Estate Inspectors (VAREI)
