As a third generation contractor, I have been climbing on, crawling under and been around construction most of my life.  I climb ladders, walk roofs and crawl under homes daily in search of defects.  The last 14 years with the completion of more than 6000 inspections and 8 years of technical / standards committee work has provided me the experience and knowledge to provide a superior service to my clients that is unsurpassed in the industry. I am a certified home inspector in the Commonwealth of Virginia and through the American Society of Home Inspectors. I am the founder of Cranor Inspection Services, LLC.
